Seasons at The Woodview recognizes each person as a unique individual who has different life experiences, values, abilities, preferences, relationships and needs.  Therefore, individualized person-centered care is based on knowledge of the person's life history, relationships, current needs, strengths and preferences.  Care is directed toward enhancing the life of the individual through meaningful activities and relationships.  This philosophy is realized through cooperation of all members of the care team, the resident and the family.
